昨日はありがとうございました。
初めてのアーユルヴェーダで緊張していたのですが、
井上さんの人柄と心地よいサロンの雰囲気で
緊張がいつの間にか解けていました。
アビヤンガ、とっても気持ちよかったです。
シローダラーは不思議な感覚で、眠ってしまうというか、
意識が遠のくといった感じでとてもリラックスできました。
最後は遠赤外線ドームで汗が大量に噴き出してきて体がホッカホカになり、お肌もツヤツヤでびっくり！
身体がすっきりと軽くなって、気持ちまでも軽くなったような気がします。
アーユルヴェーダってすごい！！
